Flight is an award-winning DJ, broadcaster, radio producer, and recently celebrated 25 years of artistry. In 2018 she co-founded EQ50 – a collective of women working towards fairer representation in dance music. 2020 saw the collective launch their influential mentorship programme for women and non-binary people.
