How to Book
Bring your campervan to We Out Here, and park up in one of our live-in vehicle pitches!
Pitches are available in three different sizes to allow for a variety of vehicles:
- 6M x 4M
- 6M x 9M
- 6M x 12m
If you require a larger pitch than offered, please also contact us via email to arrange, and we’ll try our best to accommodate you.
Please note: Our Live-in vehicle pitches sold out well in advance last year, so please book soon to avoid any disappointment!
General Live-in Campsite info:
Our Live-in campsite is close to the General and Family campsite and also only a short walk to the arena. The Live-in campsite is open to powered vehicles or towed trailers with obvious sleeping facilities that require no further infrastructure to be used to sleep (eg. a tent). Cars/trucks may be used as towing vehicles, but are not permitted as stand-alone ‘live-ins”.
Please also note there is no access to power.
Awnings are permitted, as long as once opened, they fit within your pitch size.
Live-in Campsite Safety:
Please note the following before booking for We Out Here 2024:
- Our policy is for no gas-powered cooking stoves over 220g permitted – unless integrated into the vehicle
- Please keep noise to an absolute minimum including integrated sound systems and TVs, be considerate to your neighbours and fellow festival-goers
- No Gazebos, temporary fencing, or tented structures permitted
- All vehicles must be sited in demarcated areas and all fire lanes must be kept clear at all times
- Any cars used to tow caravans/trailers must be parked alongside the ‘Live in’ and must remain static and switched off for the duration of the festival. If the vehicle is intended to be driven off-site – it must be parked in the public car park (free of charge). Passes will be available on arrival by staff.
- Any party intending to depart before 20:00 on Sunday 18th August must inform campsite management for escort.
- All standard entry policies, prohibited items, and alcohol limits apply to live-in vehicles and there will be a search operation on arrival
